Return & Refund Policy

Goods or services purchased from this site for personal use are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.

When you purchase goods or services from this site for business purposes then the guarantees and rights expressed or implied in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in your favour do not apply to those goods or services.

Exchanges and Refunds

We will exchange or refund product/s that are in a resealable condition, i.e. unopened and unused, but sorry, we are not able to exchange or refund products which have been used unless they are faulty (see policy below).
If you would like to exchange or return your order please follow the instructions below:

Call us on 09 273 7171 or email help@aussiesox.co.nz and tell us the nature of your return. Return the product/s in their original packaging including a copy of the invoice supplied within 14 days to: Aussie Sox: 23A Greenmount Dr, East Tamaki, Auckland

We recommend that you return your package using signature required Courier Post. If you use general post your package will not be insured and Aussiesox cannot accept liability if it is damaged or goes missing.

We can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of our error. It takes a maximum of 15 working days to process the return.

Damaged or defective product/s and incorrect order/s

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if we have sent you the wrong product we will happily replace or refund the items. Call us on 09 273 7171 or help@aussiesox.co.nz and tell us the nature of your return.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order (whether it is accepted by us or not) by contacting our Customer Support Center during Contact Hours at any time prior to the dispatch of that order. Once the order has been dispatched for deliver, you may then return the relevant Products in accordance with our Return and refund policy.
